We are happy to announce that the dance film Private I's has won the Award for Distinction at The International Screen Dance Festival 2012, and the Award for Outstanding Film at Jumping Frames Festival, Hong Kong!!

  • We are happy to announce that Dana Ruttenberg has been chosen as the recipient of the prestigious Rosenblum Award 2012 for promising young artist.
  • Summer Dance Festival ("Maholohet")  @ Suzanne Dellal will feature a joint evening of work by Dana Ruttenberg and Michael Getman, August 30th. See the Calendar page for more info.
  • Dana will premiere her newest work, D.R.A.F.T, at IntimaDance Festival July 6th-7th. See the calendar page for more info. Click here to read a preview by Ayelet Dekel.
  • NABA will present at the prestigious Tel Aviv Museum as part of the Art Year events in Tel Aviv, The work will showcase  at one of the galleries of the museum, on March 22nd a little after midnight. Entrance to the museum events is free to all.
  • in April DRDG will be in residency at PIM OFF in Milan, during which she will be giving classes, a masterclass workshop and will be performing Private I's and a new work-in-progress. Check our calender for more details.
  • DRDG congratulates dancer Uri Shafir on being chosen by the Shusterman Foundation to be a resident artist at the university in Boulder, Colorado. We wish him the best of luck and await him to rejoin us come May 2012.
  • DRDG presented POLYmix as part of International Exposure @ Suzanne Dellal Center on December 1st.
  • on November 12th, we will present the first installation of POLYmix with a mixed cast!

  • on September 25th Private I's will perform at Diversia Festival in Kostroma, Russia.
  • on August 21st, we collaborate with choreographer Ido Batash on a special evening, "BLEND"showcasing POLYmen and Private I's, as part of Mahol Lohet Feastival in Suzanne Dellal. see calendar for details. see funky trailer here
  • on April 1st, DRDG will present Private I's (and YOUs) , a special evening dedicated to male performers. the evening will showcase the works:
    Private I's, a world premiere of the all-male cast of POLY and will host a solo work by Ran Brown.

  • during January 10-13, Dana taught a creative workshop at NYC's Peridance Capezio Center.

  • March 8th-13th Dana will be travelling to Johannesburg, South Africa to give masterclasses as part of the FNB Dance Umbrella.
